How payment and pricing work
Do I pay before we start?
No. We talk first, agree the scope, and you get a fixed quote. Nothing is taken until you accept it.
How do I pay?
We email you a secure payment link once a quote is accepted. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not by us.
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The quote covers the workflows we agreed. There's no open-ended hourly billing, and we tell you before anything extra is needed.
What happens after the build?
You get a walkthrough in plain English, then support: 30 days on a Pilot, 60–90 days on Growth, or ongoing if you're on Managed.
