Stop losing hours to admin
We build focused automations around the three biggest time-drains for small businesses — enquiries, appointments and invoicing.
Most businesses we speak to aim to save 10–15 hours a month. That's a typical target, and it varies by business — we'll tell you honestly what looks realistic for yours.
Faster replies, more leads captured
Instant AI replies and lead capture, so no enquiry sits unanswered while you're on a job or with a client.
What we set up
- 1A new enquiry arrives in your inbox or contact form
- 2AI drafts a reply in your wording for you to approve
- 3The lead is added to your CRM and the calendar
- 4The customer gets an instant response
Fewer enquiries left waiting while you're busy.
Fewer no-shows, less admin
Automated reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email — fewer no-shows and a fuller calendar without extra admin.
What we set up
- 1A booking is confirmed in your calendar
- 2A reminder goes out by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- 3Follow-ups go to anyone who hasn't confirmed
Fewer no-shows without extra admin.
Get paid faster, chase less
Automated follow-ups on unpaid invoices, so you get paid faster without awkward chasing calls.
What we set up

Data-Handling Review
Included in every automation package, as standard.
What we check on every build
As part of each automation build, CaanDoIt carries out a basic data-handling review of the workflow being automated, so you understand how personal data flows through it.
- What personal data is collected, stored, or processed (names, contact details, appointment or invoice info)
- Which systems and tools handle this data (inbox, CRM, WhatsApp/SMS, invoicing software)
- Basic UK GDPR considerations: necessity, retention, third-party sharing, and access controls
This is a practical, high-level check — not a formal DPIA or legal advice. Where risks are identified, we recommend seeking a qualified data protection professional.
